The next Eastern Buying Conference will not be—as previously announced—at the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset, New Jersey, April 2-3, Beauty Store Business has learned.
Instead, it is returning to a site longtime exhibitors and attendees are more familiar with: East Rutherford, New Jersey, where it was held for many years before moving to Atlantic City, New Jersey, and then to Somerset this past April.
The Eastern Buying Conference, hosted by the Northeast Beauty Rep Association, wrapped up its 2015 show at a new venue—inside the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset, New Jersey—April 18 and 19.
Show highlights this year included numerous new exhibitors and new products, buyers from as far away as California, free Wi-Fi on the show floor, manufacturers reps from across the country, and New York City sightseeing, dinner and/or show trips by train via nearby New Brunswick, New Jersey, for some individuals on setup day.
Officials of the Northeast Beauty Rep Association—which has hosted the Eastern Buying Conference and its predecessor, The NEBRA Show, annually since 1982—are excitedly welcoming a new venue this year.
The 2015 manufacturers rep firms' trade show will take place Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19, inside the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset, New Jersey.
Setup is Friday, April 17, and the host hotel is the Holiday Inn Somerset.
The show floor is sold out, EBC show manager Patty Paletto has told Beauty Store Business.
