Glimmer Body Art, which manufactures glitter tattoos for lifestyle and entertainment venues, has promoted Beatrice Fogle to COO. In her new position, Fogle is overseeing the growth of the G The Body Art Professional division in the professional-beauty market.
The brand provides beauty stores as well as salons and spas with the opportunity to offer its glitter body art for retail and as a service. Its offerings range from delicate butterflies to full-back peacocks, and wedding-themed body jewelry to high-end, sophisticated jeweled collections in designs straight from the fine-jewelry cases at Neiman Marcus and Saks 5th Avenue.
Fogle is also overseeing the growth of The Glimmer Body Art division, which supplies glitter body art to the toy, amusement-park and children’s-parties markets.
In her previous position as vice president of sales and marketing, Fogle led the launch of the G The Body Art Professional division.
Fogle joined the company in June 2012. As vice president of sales and marketing, she strategized and managed all initial sales and marketing initiatives for the company, including the launch at Cosmoprof North America.
Working with The Kirschner Group—the company’s North American manufacturer rep firm—she drove initiatives to secure full-service distribution across the United States and Canada. She also launched the company’s first European distributor.
In addition, Fogle led the company’s marketing, promotional, advertising and public-relations initiatives, and directed the company’s initial educational efforts to help build sales at every level of the distribution chain.
Her professional experience includes serving as national sales manager of Simplicity Hair Extensions and director of sales and marketing for Tan Towel.
