Spring has sprung, the warm days of summer have passed, and now consumers reach for scarves, sweaters and coats as fall and winter approach.

In answer to the new season, Napoleon Perdis, CEO and founder of Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics, has debuted his NP Set Fall 2012 Collection of makeup gems at Target. The new offerings represent an extension of the existing NP Set Collection.

It's Day No. 9 in ULTA's 21 Days of Beauty!

ULTA Beauty is nearing halfway in its 21 Days of Beauty event at its 450 or so locations across 43 U.S. states and at the beauty retailer's website.

The annual event, which began March 11 and lasts through March 31, focuses on fresh-faced, spring looks and corresponding free gifts-with-purchase, beauty tips, complimentary in-store consultations and demonstrations from top beauty-brand experts.
