Cosmoprof North America to Add More Show Hours and Change Meeting Room Hours Next July

Based on many requests from attendees as well as exhibitors for more time to meet and conduct business, Cosmoprof North America 2016 will have one more hour that its trade-show floor will be open on both the second and third days, show officials have told Beauty Store Business. Each of those days the show floor will open up one hour earlier than at Cosmoprof North America 2015.

Cosmoprof North America enjoyed a record-breaking show during its 13th edition of the event, July 12-14, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. It turns out that the “granny trend” of women of all ages coloring their hair shades of silver and gray is more than a media craze. Hair colorant sales within the brights and silver shade groups were up 46% and 14%, respectively, in 2014, according to Kline PRO, a product-level database published quarterly by global market research and consulting firm Kline.
